Kerikiya Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights

These terms govern your use of Kerikiya. We've written them in plain language so you actually understand what you're agreeing to — no legal maze, no hidden traps. Read through before you play, and reach out if anything isn't clear.

One Account Per Person

Kerikiya allows one account per person, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once is a violation of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Withdrawals Are Real Money

Kerikiya's weekly VIP cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirements. Standard bonus funds may carry wagering conditions — these are always stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered, never buried in footnotes.

Provably Fair Games

All games on Kerikiya use a cryptographic seed system. Every result is independently verifiable. Kerikiya does not manipulate game outcomes — the fairness of every round can be checked by any player using the verification tools in their account.

18+ Only, No Exceptions

Kerikiya is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all funds returned to the deposit source. There are no exceptions to this rule.

KYC Verification Required

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on Kerikiya, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Kerikiya.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use Kerikiya. Accessing the platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. Kerikiya recommends reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These terms apply to all Kerikiya services including the website, mobile application, live casino, and any promotional activities run by Kerikiya. They apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on Kerikiya, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • You must be accessing Kerikiya from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Kerikiya employee.
  • You must not have a previously closed or suspended Kerikiya account.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Kerikiya reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Players who self-exclude from Kerikiya or any affiliated platform are not eligible to register a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a violation of these terms.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Kerikiya account only. This applies per person, per household address, per IP address, and per payment method. Kerikiya uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if multiple registrations are identified.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Kerikiya account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any other person. Kerikiya is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account registration requires accurate personal information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or address — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

  • You must notify Kerikiya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Kerikiya may require you to update your account information if it becomes outdated.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of up to BDT 200, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
  • You may close your Kerikiya account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.

04 Deposits & Payments

Kerikiya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Kerikiya does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Kerikiya does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Kerikiya's control.

Deposits are credited to your Kerikiya balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a delay caused by a payment provider, Kerikiya will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours. Contact support with your transaction reference if a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes.

Important: Kerikiya will never ask you to deposit funds to an external personal account or wallet. All deposits must go through the official Kerikiya deposit page only.

05 Withdrawals

Kerikiya processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket around the clock. Standard verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes. VIP Platinum and Diamond members typically receive funds within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit on Kerikiya. This is a security requirement and cannot be waived. Kerikiya does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500
  • Maximum single withdrawal: varies by account tier — displayed in your account dashboard
  • KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again for large withdrawals
  • Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus was issued
  • Kerikiya reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review on accounts flagged by our fraud detection system

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the stated processing time, contact Kerikiya support with your withdrawal reference number. We will investigate and provide a resolution within four hours.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Kerikiya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are offered. General bonus rules that apply across all Kerikiya promotions are outlined below.

  • Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, and per IP address.
  • Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before they can be withdrawn as real money.
  • Kerikiya's VIP cashback is credited as real money with no wagering requirements.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
  • Kerikiya reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploiting technical errors — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
  • Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your balance automatically.

07 Gameplay & Fairness

All games available on Kerikiya — including Roulette, Arcade, Limbo, Golden Bank, Lucky Neko, and Virtual Casino — use a provably fair cryptographic system. Before each round, a hashed server seed is published. After the round concludes, the original seed is revealed and can be verified against the result using any standard SHA-256 verification tool.

Kerikiya does not alter game outcomes after a round has begun. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to your balance in full. Kerikiya is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

  • Game results are final once a round is completed and verified.
  • Disputes about game outcomes must be raised within 30 days of the round in question.
  • Kerikiya's game logs are the authoritative record of all rounds played on the platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games on Kerikiya is strictly prohibited.

Verify Any Round: Go to your Kerikiya game history, select any completed round, and use the seed verification tool to confirm the result independently. No other casino in Bangladesh offers this level of transparency as standard.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Kerikiya. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Creating more than one Kerikiya account
  • Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
  • Using Kerikiya to launder money or process funds from illegal sources
  • Using automated bots, scripts, or software to play games or exploit the platform
  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
  • Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings from known bugs must be reported and will be voided
  • Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
  • Threatening, harassing, or abusing Kerikiya staff or other players
  • Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account

Kerikiya uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor for unusual patterns. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review. Kerikiya will notify affected players and resolve reviews within 72 hours in most cases.

09 Responsible Gaming

Kerikiya is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow every player to manage their gaming activity, regardless of their account tier or activity level. These tools are available in your account settings at all times and do not require contacting support to activate.

  • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
  • Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
  • Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
  • Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Kerikiya.

Kerikiya may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. All third-party providers used by Kerikiya are bound by data processing agreements that require them to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your Kerikiya account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Kerikiya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these terms. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or serious terms violations, Kerikiya may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Kerikiya will notify players of account closure by email where possible. Players who believe their account has been closed in error may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the closure notice.

12 Changes to These Terms

Kerikiya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Kerikiya will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, and will display a prominent notice on the platform.

Minor changes — such as corrections to spelling, formatting, or clarifications that do not affect player rights — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of Kerikiya after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using Kerikiya and may close your account as described in Section 11.
